On-site registration is also available at a Jimcarry counter (Gimhae Airport, Busan Station or BEXCO) or at the official hotel front desk.
짐 배송 서비스는 APHRS 2026 공식 호텔에 투숙하는 참가자에 한해 이용 가능합니다. 요금·규격, 접수·수령 시간, 배송 제한 물품, 면책 사항은 아래 이용 약관 및 안내에서 확인해 주세요.
Baggage delivery is available exclusively to participants staying at APHRS 2026 official hotels. Fees and size limits, drop-off and pick-up hours, restricted items and limitation of liability are set out under Terms & Details below.
다만 부산 영무파라드 호텔 해운대비치는 무인 호텔이라 프런트에서 짐을 주고받을 수 없어 짐 배송을 지원하지 않습니다. 거점 목록에 그 호텔이 보이지 않는 것은 이 때문입니다.
One exception: the Busan Yeongmu Parade Hotel Haeundae Beach is unstaffed, so bags cannot be handed over at a front desk — baggage delivery is not available there. That is why the hotel does not appear in the list of places.

- 호텔에 맡기실 때는 프런트에 “짐캐리 서비스 이용 예정”이라고 알려 주세요 — 그래야 픽업이 됩니다.
- 공항에서 찾으실 짐은 영업시간 내에 수령해 주세요. 당일 찾지 않으면 하루당 보관료가 부과됩니다.
- 호텔 → 호텔 구간은 배송하지 않습니다. 한쪽은 공항·부산역·벡스코여야 합니다.
- When leaving bags at your hotel, tell the front desk you are using the Jimcarry service — otherwise they will not release them for pick-up.
- Pick up airport bags within opening hours. Bags left overnight incur a daily storage fee.
- We do not deliver hotel to hotel. One end of the trip must be the airport, Busan Station or BEXCO.

- Items exceeding the standard checked-baggage allowance
- 프런트 데스크에서 수하물 보관 서비스를 운영하는 호텔·숙박 시설에서만 이용할 수 있습니다 (미등록 숙소는 이용이 제한됩니다).
- 숙소가 출발지나 도착지이면 예약할 때 숙소 예약자 정보와 숙소 예약 확인서를 제출해야 합니다. 숙소는 이 성명으로 투숙객을 확인한 뒤 짐을 맡거나 내어 줍니다.
- 확정 메일의 [짐 사진 등록] 버튼으로 맡기실 짐의 사진을 이용일 전날까지 등록해 주세요. 파손·분실이 있을 때 확인 자료가 됩니다.
- 예약 후에는 예약 내용을 변경할 수 없습니다 — 변경이 필요하면 취소 후 다시 예약해 주세요.
- 예약·취소는 이용일 전날 17:00까지 가능합니다.
- Available only at hotels and accommodations that operate a front-desk baggage storage service (unregistered accommodations cannot be served).
- If your accommodation is the origin or the destination, you must submit the accommodation booker's details and the booking confirmation when you book. The accommodation checks this name before accepting or releasing your baggage.
- Use the Upload baggage photo button in your confirmation e-mail to register a photo by the day before the service date. It is used to verify condition if anything is damaged or missing.
- Bookings cannot be changed after they are made — please cancel and book again if you need to change anything.
- Bookings and cancellations close at 17:00 the day before service.

아래의 경우에는 서비스가 즉시 종료되며 환불되지 않습니다.
In the following cases the service ends immediately and is not refunded.
- 기사가 방문했을 때 맡기실 짐이 없는 경우
- 기사 방문 전까지 짐 사진을 등록하지 않은 경우
- The baggage is not there when the driver arrives
- The baggage photo has not been registered before the driver arrives
아래의 경우에는 보상 책임이 적용되지 않습니다.
Compensation does not apply in the following cases.
- 정상 배송 과정에서 생기는 미세한 외관 손상 — 바퀴·손잡이·네임택의 경미한 마모, 표면 스크래치·찌그러짐·눌림·얼룩
- 수하물 자체의 결함이나 노후로 인한 손상 — 배낭 지퍼·버클·어깨끈 등
- 규격·무게를 초과한 수하물, 직접 소지하지 않은 귀중품·현금·보석·고가 전자기기, 파손 위험 물품·부패성 물품의 분실 또는 파손
- 불가항력 — 천재지변, 악천후, 극심한 교통체증 등 통제 범위 밖의 요인으로 인한 지연·손상
- Minor cosmetic damage from normal handling — light wear to wheels, handles or name tags; surface scratches, dents, pressure marks or stains
- Damage caused by defects or wear in the baggage itself — backpack zips, buckles, shoulder straps and the like
- Baggage over the size or weight limit; loss of or damage to valuables, cash, jewellery or high-value electronics not carried by you in person, and to fragile or perishable items
- Force majeure — delay or damage caused by natural disasters, severe weather, extreme traffic and other factors beyond our control
귀중품은 반드시 직접 소지해 주시고, 파손 위험이 있는 물품은 배송이 제한될 수 있습니다. 잠금장치 사용을 권장합니다.
Please carry valuables with you. Fragile items may be refused, and we recommend using a lock.
